Big MO has been traveling full time for many years. Although he really started singing at the tender age of 3, standing on a chair in his father's church, BIG MO started his professional career in 1977. Since then it's been non stop, he continues taking the gospel to the world in both song and spoken word.
His singing, songwriting and musicianship have garnered many awards and much attention. His powerful preaching has also gathered rave reviews from his peers.
Here you can read some letters recieved into the ministry office from friends congratulating Big MO on his silver anniversary of faithful service as well as letters from various artists and friends from over the years.

MO,
I'll never forget my first taste of BIG MO music. Somehow I got hold of a BIG MO & CHOSEN tape and heard "THE BLOODLINE" What great singing and songwriting. Later we recorded one of your songs "When the Blood was Applied" and that became our first top 40 hit song!
You have one of the most recognizable voices in all of gospel music. I thank God for the opportunity to know you and your family.

I remember first hearing your song "Gonna Pray Anyway" many years ago. I never dreamed I would ever get to meet the man who wrote that song, much less put it on one of our own albums! What a great guy. Your heart is so pure!

MO,
Your songwriting, music ministry and preaching has touched so many lives. We know there is no-one else like you. You have a precious family God bless you.
What an honor it is for me to tell you that God holds you in high regard.
What excites me most about God's blessings on your life is this: As he has poured himself into you...You haven't become a stagnate pool, but a flowing stream whereby others are blessed. I am one of those you've blessed.
Always continue in the flow.

Having been a part of gospel music for many years, I have had the opportunity to hear many artists. I was very impressed the first time I hear BIG MO & CHOSEN at an afternoon concert at a local high school near Nashville. Their love for the Lord was real. A real treat to hear.
